The course is open to all and will concentrate on grading techniques in preparation for the next club and association grading.

​

We will be joined by Sensei Chris Brown 4th Dan Black Belt and his students.

​

Please bring your fighting/sparring equipment and weapons if you have them.

​

There will be 30 minute break for lunch.

Please bring a healthy lunch.
